Rivulet Honey Roasted Carrots

Rivulet Honey Roasted Carrots Recipe®
- 1 pound carrots, peeled
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Sea Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Rivulet Liqueur
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Arrange carrots on rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from oven.
- Combine the honey, Rivulet Liqueur and ginger in small bowl. Brush on carrots and continue baking until carrots are done, about 5 to 8 minutes.
- Arrange carrots on platter and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
