Using professional criteria, the pre-qualified panel of judges blind-tasted the liqueurs in seven separate categories, and then rated them individually on a 1-5 point scoring system with 5 being the best.  After tallying the scores, medals were awarded based an eleven judge panel’s impressions and evaluations.  Double Gold Medals are typically only awarded when the entire panel of judges unanimously award a product a Gold Medal, resulting in a Double Gold rating!  Many consumers have commented that Rivulet is the finest, most authentic and luxurious nut liqueur they have tasted.  Rivulet is fortunate enough to have been awarded Double Gold Medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2014, the American Distilling Institute’s Craft Spirits Competition held in Louisville in 2015, The Fifty Best’s Liqueur Tasting in New York in 2015, and again a double gold medal at the Fifty Best’s Second Annual Liqueur Tasting in New York in 2016.  Rivulet has won over 40 prestigious medals around the world since its introduction.
