Los Angeles, California – May 30, 2014 – Rivulet Artisan Pecan Liqueur is pleased to announce that it has won a bronze medal award at the Los Angeles International Spirits Competition, one of the industry’s most competitive competitions!
The Los Angeles International Spirits Competition was held May19-20 in Los Angeles. This years competition featured 347 entrants from 134 different producers located in 30 countries around the world. The Los Angeles International Spirits Competition was founded in 2007, as an addition to The Los Angeles International Wine Competition, after strong demand from consumers and the trade to cover the premium spirits market. The Los Angeles International Wine Competition has been covering fine wines for 75 years, and is considered to be one of the top wine competitions in the world.

This years panel of twenty judges come from all aspects of the fashion, beverage, hospitality, and culinary industries. Judges come from locations all over the U.S., and one judge resides in Poland.
About the Competition
Founded in 2007, the Los Angeles International Spirits Competition is the sister competition to the Los Angeles International Wine Competition which is 75 years old. Both competitions showcase wines and spirits from top producers around the world. As has been done for many decades, the top wines and spirits are also featured at the Los Angeles County Fair annually, which is the world’s largest county fair. Consumers from around the world attend the LACF, as they know they can sample some of the world’s finest wines and spirits from the competition. This year’s LACF takes place from August 29th to September 28th in Pomona, California.
