- Health Insurance provided through Harvard Pilgrim. There are two plans from which to choose: HMO and PPO. The cost of the premium is shared between the employee and Rivulet.
- Dental insurance provided through Delta Dental. Routine services are covered at 100% of usual and customary charges. Minor and major care services are each subject to a deductible and covered at 80% and 50% respectively. There is a calendar year maximum benefit of $1,000.
- Vision care: Provided by EyeMed Vision Care in conjunction with Delta Dental. There is no cost to the employee. Employees receive discounts on services at time of purchase when they use certain providers.
- Life Insurance: Provided by Unum Life Insurance Company at a benefit level of $50,000. Premium is paid for employee by the company.
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment: Provided by Unum Life Insurance Company at a benefit level of $50,000. Premium is paid for employee by the company.
- Short Term and Long Term Disability: Provided by Unum Life Insurance Company. Available on a contributory basis by the employee.
- 401K: Employees may deduct a percentage of their semi-monthly pay into a tax deferred 401(K) plan (to the maximum allowed by law).
- Flexible Spending Account: Employees may deduct a percentage of their semi-monthly pay into a tax deferred spending account that may be used for reimbursement of dependent care and non-covered medical care expenses.
- Various programs that offer discounts on rental cars, hotel rooms, computer purchases, BJs memberships, Jiffy Lube and a local golf club.
